Exam food. Tulika-fied.

Today, I made two of the best exam foods: grilled cheese and pizza.

Both of these were quick and healthy, as promised. :)

For the grilled cheese, I placed two slices of Ezekiel bread on a non-stick sprayed skillet.

I made an avocado spread by mashing up a spoonful of avocado with lemon juice and pepper.

I spread this on one of the slices, and added some (part skim) shredded mozzarella and sliced tomatoes on the other.

Keep this on the skillet until the bread has browned. Crispy!

The pizza was even easier to make than the grilled cheese. And this pizza recipe is so easy, it would definitely take more time to order pizza!

Pre-made whole wheat pizza crusts are so convenient, and they even come with sauce!

The crusts actually do come in tact.

Pour the sauce onto the crust and top with desired toppings! I used tomatoes, olives, and spinach.

And of course, cheese.

Bake at 425F for 7 minutes.

Be right back, I'm going to go eat a whole pizza now.

Can you suggest any avocado substitutes!? (It's not my favorite!)

Also, where is the pizza crust from?

You can definitely use hummus as a sandwich spread to add protein! And the pizza crust is available at any regular grocery store.
