Cauliflower and Chick Pea Couscous

I used brown rice couscous for this recipe.
--
Prepare couscous according to directions.

Heat up pan with oil, garlic, and mustard seeds.


Add cauliflower, olives, and chick peas.


Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add a couple of spoonfuls of tomato sauce.


Add the couscous when it's ready, and stir in.


Garnish with seeds and hot sauce of choice!
